This is an updated photo of the little cabinet that I recently wrote about (purchased at a garage sale for $3. I sanded it down and painted it a nice flat white and then put these cool glass pull knobs on it that I got from Lowe's. I think it turned out pretty cute for $9.00 (I paid $6.00 for the knobs).
This chair is my next project. I bought it this last Sunday at a garage sale for $10 (more than I wanted to spend, but I really like it). I love the lines and shape of it, kind of retro looking, but modern too. Anyow, I plan to sand it down and paint it also. I am not sure what color yet.. And then I am going to recover the seat with this awesome fabric I 
bought at Hancock Fabric store. Kevin thinks I am totally silly but I love my new hobby of thrifting stuff and then fixing it up. :)
